Care When and Where It’s Needed
They help get things done, but there isn't anything they could do to have a greater impact on my life. I appreciate that I have the same person involved each time and they are punctual. They take them to some doctor appointments and they have gotten my parents to come and trust them. I've liked that the people that have come to the house have been great for my parents.
They are doing what they are told to do and they are very mindful with my mother and they tell me what is going on so I know. We could not keep a caregiver which caused some issued for me but now they are doing a bit better with the people that they have. The caregiver is here to become my wife's best friend. She doesn't help me out with the chores around the house.

I can rest easy knowing that the caregiver is taking care of my loved one. The caregiver works with Mom well, and they make things easier for me during the week. They are really willing to work with us to find help. I like that they don't have a requirement of hours per week. They are kind, patient, and professional. Since I am also a caregiver to them, it is nice to have a break with the caregivers' help.
