Across the street were more apartment buildings. At breakfast each morning I kept wondering why the woman in one of the apartment buildings kept putting her kettle on the window sill. We chose to stay with Alexander am Zoo for it's quiet location and we were very happy with that! The location was great only less than 5 minutes away for U-Bahn Habsburgerallee. The first day we weren't very happy with the staff that greeted us. The second day we were greeted by another staff who completely made me forget about the previous staff.
It was served buffet style with the usual eggs and bacon, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit of all kinds, cold meats and cheese, tomatoes, and wonderful breads. The serving staff were delightful and tolerated my need for several cups of coffee by refilling our coffee press several times. The serving staff were also quite tolerant of my poor Germany pronunciation as I attempted to converse with them in German.

St. David's is owned by Lakeshore Healthcare Ltd. which is a family run company dedicated solely to operating St. David's Nursing Home. We walked down the street and everyone said hello to us. Then we sat in the cafe and had a cup of coffee looking out at the garden, it just had a really nice feeling about it. The girls are all very competent, caring and kind, you can’t get any better than that.

Our Care
My brother’s needs were complex which made his care very challenging. I was impressed with how the clinical and care staff endeavoured within the available resources to understand and respond to this quite unique and individual needs. The best asset that Cygnet Lodge has is its wonderful staff who are cheerful and helpful at all times. Individuality catered for and residents treated respectfully and cared for. My family and me had a very lovely travel in Frankfurt! The only sad thing about the city was the hotel.... Even if the location was good enough , the structure was terribly old and really dysfunctional. I can save just the kindness of the breakfast staff. Maybe in the past, it was a great hotel, but years and years ago.

The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the U station which has been very helpful. – the service is performing well and meeting our expectations. These assessments can include site visits, criminal record checks, interviews with key managers and a detailed review of how the service will be run. Follow-up inspections of new services are undertaken regularly following registration. This service was registered by CQC on 10 May 2022. New services are assessed to check they are likely to be safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
There's no need for the service to take further action. Our helpful staff can always assist if you have further questions. I never have any complaints, they are all lovely to my wife and have become like family.
We offer a wide range of services but primarily provide nursing care for older people. We are able to offer recuperative and palliative care as well as general nursing and can accommodate any period from just a few days to long term care. We stayed at am Zoo for a week and loved the hotel. It is located in a quiet residential area. Out our hotel window we looked down a community garden where the residents in the apartment buildings were growing flowers and veggies. Also, there were children playing in the garden area.
